Wilsonia Degree College is very fastidious regarding issue of discipline and values, which puts a college in a very elitist bracket of colleges.
Following are the main disciplinary actions of the college-
A morning assembly is conducted everyday which is a time to fellowship as well as means of meeting of the management, staff and students. This practice does build a feeling of brotherhood and a family like atmosphere within the college.
General Discipline- ( Applied each course)
For curbing acts of misconduct the punishment will be severe and may often lead to-
- Warning and fires
- Suspension
- Debarring from appearing in examinations
- Expulsion from college
Smoking, Drinking and chewing of Paan masala in the campus are strictly forbidden.
All students will be required to pay attention to their dress.
Proctorial Board-
- Due respect to college faculty and personnel of the administration will be expected from every student.
- Being a Co-Educational Institution decency in interaction with the opposite sex and upright moral conduct is primarily expected for every student.
- Writing on or defacing the lecture hall walls or the college premises will be severely dealt with and will be considered as an act of misconduct and duly punishable.

The Counseling Cell-
- For any personal, academic or administrative problem students may approach the authorities through there counsellors.

- Wilsonia is a Ragging free institution
- Act of eve teasing or ragging or any form of harassment reported will be dealt with several members.

- Attire B.B.A students have assigned uniform, while B.com students and B.sc students are to follow the college dress code.

General Disciplinary Action by students-
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- All students are advised to fill up the admission form carefully. Any false statement in the form will not be acceptable.
- The Desirable behaviour norms, repeated acts of misconduct or dishonesty and failure to respond to disciplinary measures taken by the authorities will be considered a serious offence.
- Students are guided to honour college rules and accept desirable norms of behaviour. Care is taken to avoid severe infliction of punishment for the breach of conduct
- Repeated acts of misconduct or dishonesty and failure to respond to the disciplinary measures taken by the authorities will lead to the expulsion of the student.
- For any acts of misconduct the student can be suspended for a length of time, fines may also be levied as punishment.
- Non payment of school dues, Continued Absence, Missing of classes can be considered reasons for the implementation of disciplinary action.
